Terms of payment

All delegates are required to register for the European Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect (EUCCAN) by completing the Registration form and paying the appropriate registration fee (in Euro’s). Your registration will be secured on receipt of your payment. Outstanding payments will be collected at the start of the conference (the standard registration fee will be applicable).


Cancellation and changes must be made in writing to SCEM. Refund of registration fees, less € 50,- administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 16 April 2016. After this date no refund will be possible. The date of the postmark / email will be used as basis for considering refunds. As an alternative to cancellation registration can be transferred to another person by advising the conference desk ( as soon as possible.


The organisers of the congress do not take out any medical, travel or personal insurance for participants / speakers. Participants are advised to ensure that they have adequate insurance coverage at their own expense or are the expense of their nominating organisation, for accidents, sickness, disability to work or death as well as a third party risk for the duration of the conference. The organisers cannot accept any responsibility or liability in such contingencies.
